For more than two decades, Colombian fajas have set the global standard for shaping performance, durability, and premium quality.
Brands like Sonryse, Salomé, and Snatched are part of that legacy — built through advanced textile engineering, anatomical design, and years of listening closely to the real experiences of women. These garments are designed to support real bodies through real moments — from post-surgical recovery and postpartum to everyday confidence.
And when something carries that level of expectation, every detail matters.
What Has Been Happening
Recently, some customers who purchased our products through large online marketplace platforms — rather than directly through our official channels — reported receiving garments that, in some cases, appeared used or not in the expected condition upon arrival.
This matters. Because it does not reflect who we are — or the standards we have spent decades building.
Why This Has Happened
For years, return and redistribution processes within large marketplace systems have been managed through third-party logistics operating at an industrial scale.
These systems are designed for efficiency, volume, and speed. But they are not designed to ensure the level of inspection and care we hold ourselves accountable to.
That is where the gap occurs.
What We Have Changed
We made a decision: to take full control of this process.
Since 2025, every returned unit of Sonryse, Salomé, and Snatched shapewear is inspected directly by our team before it is restocked or resold.
This requires more time, more people, and higher operational investment.
But it ensures something far more important: that every garment reflects the quality our brands are known for.
Current Status
The process is fully under control.
Every returned unit is now reviewed internally before reaching a new customer. There is no reliance on external logistics systems for this stage of quality validation.
Our Direct Guarantee
Every garment sold under the Sonryse, Salomé, and Snatched brands is backed by our direct quality commitment.
If your product does not arrive in the expected condition, we invite you to contact us directly through our official channels — not only through the marketplace or distributor.
We take responsibility. And we will make it right.
What Continues to Define Us
Colombian fajas are recognized globally for the way they support women — in structure, in comfort, and in confidence.
What has always defined our work goes beyond materials or construction.
It is how we respond when something is not right.
Listening. Refining. Improving. And acting when it matters.
Moving Forward
Our mission has not changed.
We continue to design shapewear that supports women through every stage of life — post-surgical, postpartum, and everyday moments where confidence matters.
We continue to represent the excellence of Colombian shapewear worldwide.
And now, we do so with an even stronger commitment: ensuring that every garment that reaches you reflects that promise.
A reputation built over decades. A process we now fully stand behind. A commitment we choose to honor — every single day.
